  1. I hope you enjoyed our 1 April video. And if you are curious about the last 19 reviews (scroll down)

They are legitimately recorded content, its just played 33.33 times faster, so utterly and totally useless as content. Which is the final point of the story. I chose 3 minutes because I think that's an ideal amount of time to be accessible, but also provide you with plenty of legitimate information. The more you trim, the less useful it gets to the point where its just nonsense. The original of that section will go up on patreon as patron only content. Trust me, you aren't missing much.

  2. By far the best lol!

Congratulations to you both on the baby!!!

  3. Finally a video that had my boyfriend's attention the whole time 😂😂😂

  4. The problem with this is that I usually listen to reviews in the background while doing something else, but with this I actually had to focus 100% on what you were saying. I haven’t done that in years; it felt strange.

  5. Feel like I should protest the Archipelago review but… yeah that’s basically it.

E: Going through more of your reviews and understanding a bit more about your feelings about colonial themed games (esp. Archipelago with its depiction of Pacific Islanders.). I’ll say mechanically Arch tries to stand on the side of stuff like Endeavour & John Company, but the artistic style didn’t go for any kind of nuance and hurts the game.

  6. Congrats dude! On the babie & the channel 🤘

  7. Yes, yes I get it Puerto Rico has a controversial theme. I get it. But why the disconnect with other historical themes like Hadrian's wall? What the Romans did to the Britains and Caledonian people was atrocious. Perhaps conquest is ok but not colonization… Or dare I say perhaps it's ok if people of colour aren't involved. How often should the board game thought police be released? I am genuinely curious. There are plenty of games with historical themes that involve horrible atricities that people just gloss over. What measuring tool is used to pick and choose which theme is more wrong than the other? What is the criteria? Is it a vogue matter? A woke matter?

    Great video btw.

  8. I love this so much! Thank you! And also…quite a few of these 3 second reviews are actually giving me a good sense 😛

  9. My only feedback is that for your nanosecond review series, you only post half or quarter of the picture next time. I didn’t have the attention span nor the intellect to take in all those pixels. It’s a little too much information and I’d think your videos would benefit from some needed trimming. I’d hate to have to go to a different channel for my board game reviews. Just my thoughts 🙂

  10. Tales of Arabian Nights.
One of my favourite games ever.
And you described it perfectly, nothing is amiss.

  11. This seals the deal – I absolutely cannot wait for sleep-deprived new-parent 4 hour long incoherent rambling review of Splendor! Please set up a preview link so I can like it already.

  12. Absolutely the best "video from which I learned nothing". 🙂

  13. Fantastic video!! And best of luck for the big event. BTW we are open even to 3 min review of pacifiers 😀 Joke aside, you take care, take it easy. We'll be here. You know where to find us.

  14. Congratulations for the baby on it's way!
